A B means Ancient Bharatha YogiMarga means the path to enlightenment from Wellness to Wellbeing.

Stress is an issue facing many individuals that we work with. Time and time again, we see people feeling overwhelmed because of the pressures that they face as part of modern life.
Experts believe changes in technology, family and relationship dynamics, and economic hardship are some reasons for this., we have forgot to take care of our self, in other words we forget to charge our body daily, where we are ensuring that our mobile is charged full for next day usage.
In Olden days most of our forefathers used to do this after their morning routine i.e waking up, going to restroom, brush teeth and a must to do Vyayama (exercise).
But in today’s busy work we skipped Vyayama and doing the rest, due to which most of them are facing physically and mentally issue.
We do everything we can to embody youthfulness, potentially extend our lifespan, and fight aging. We eat superfoods packed with antioxidants, gulp down turmeric shots, and religiously drink our green juice. We use serums, creams, exfoliants, and anti-aging treatments to care for our skin. We practice cleanses and detoxes to purify our systems. And we do the New York Times crossword puzzle to keep our brains sharp. But there’s one activity that can support all of this, and more: that’s Yoga.
However, middle-aged adults between the ages 45-64 have seen the biggest jump in stress levels over the past decades.
Research is revealing that yoga and meditation don’t just help us relax or keep us flexible—these practices also influence memory, lifespan, immunity, neuroplasticity, and epigenetics.
“Lifestyle choices, such as practicing yoga and meditation, can impact wellness, immune function, and longevity,” said Sat Bir. Yoga increases the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system and reduces activity in the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) nervous system. This means that when we practice, we experience a reduction in cortisol (the stress hormone). The result: “Yoga and meditation can create change at a molecular level, in the cells of our body,” Sat Bir summarizes.
Human is a physical, mental and spiritual being, Yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three together, (e.g) while we prepare any food the ingredients should be used to get the right taste, in the same manner we need to maintain / balance our Physical, Mental and Spiritual in balanced state to achieve our Goals.

Here am requesting all of you to do Yoga min 30-45min daily this will keep your body and mind well balanced, will be charged for next 10-12hrs for sure, if you have doubt try for 48days and see the result (but ensure daily Yoga at the same time).
We have to be more smart then our smart phone!
